02 / Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Commitment Goes Beyond Business

Corporate Social Responsibility is an integral part of our commitment to creating long-term value for the communities we serve. Guided by our CSR Policy and CSR Committee, our initiatives focus on education, healthcare, livelihood enhancement and environmental sustainability.

Contributing to Green Land
At the 2025 MP Premier League, Swara Baby pledged to plant one tree for every dot ball, committing to 10,000 trees. With expert-guided agroforestry and three years of care, the initiative supports biodiversity, healthier soil, water conservation, and farmer livelihoods.
Digital Learning Center
In July 2024, Swara Baby Products and AAS established a Digital Learning Centre in Dhabli with 10 computers. Reaching 196 students, over 60% girls, the centre has helped 145 students earn basic NIIT certification and 70 complete advanced courses, building practical digital skills and opening new learning and career opportunities.
Medical Facilities
Ummed Hospital & Medical Hospital The right to life and dignity is for everyone. Therefore, having a well-equipped hospital in every corner of the country is essential. We have supported Ummed Hospital & Medical Hospital to help them build the hospital, especially their beds.
Education
Round Table India Trust Children are the future of our country. However, the difference in the quality of education provided to privileged and deprived children creates a gap in opportunities. We have contributed our bit to Round Table India Trust to help them build state-of-the-art schools for underprivileged children.
Maternal & Child Health Program
With support from The Antara Foundation, Swara Baby is strengthening maternal and child healthcare across 115 villages in Khargone. Through trained community workers, pregnant women, new mothers, and children under five receive essential care, nutrition guidance, breastfeeding support, and early health-risk detection helping build healthier mothers, children, and communities.
Clean Water
Jan Jagrati Sevarth Sansthan Upliftment of the downtrodden is a duty of everyone capable of doing their bit. Swara Baby Products has contributed to Jan Jagrati Sevarth Sansthan, a humanitarian and public welfare organization, for employment generation and poverty eradication.
Animal Welfare
Rajasthan Gokalyan Cows hold a holy and pious status in Indian society. At Swara Baby Products, we understand that in our country, the cow has importance beyond economic reasons. Therefore, we have supported Rajasthan Gokalyan, a Non-Government Organization, in its endeavour to provide protection, medication, and food facilities for cows in Kolkatta.

Introduced in Fiscal 2025, our Tree-Free diaper reduces wood fluff pulp usage by 93% without compromising product performance.

OEKO-TEX® Certified

Our products are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring they are safe, gentle, and free from harmful substances.

1MW Solar Energy

Our first 1 MW rooftop solar installation at Pithampur commenced operations in November 2025.
