Solis Hygiene Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swara Baby Products Limited, strengthening the Group’s presence in the adult care segment.
Following its acquisition in December 2025, the business became an integral part of the Group’s diversified hygiene manufacturing platform, expanding its capabilities across the disposable hygiene market.
