Through an integrated manufacturing platform spanning baby care, adult care and feminine hygiene, the Group partners with domestic and international brands while continuing to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities through technology, innovation and operational excellence.

05 / Our Leadership
Chairman & Managing Director
Alok Birla is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is responsible for governance and compliance, strategic direction and oversight, leadership, upholding ethics and overseeing risk management framework. He has passed the examination for bachelor’s degree in commerce from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, India. He was previously associated with K.A. Enterprises.
Senior Managerial Personnel
Udit Alok Birla is the Senior Managerial Personnel of our Company. He is the managing director of our Subsidiary, Solis Hygiene. He is also associated with (i) KAEHPL, one of our Subsidiaries, as a director. He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly University of Pune), Pune, Maharashtra, India. He is responsible for overall leadership and management of Solis Hygiene. He has over 16 years of experience in the hygiene sector. In Fiscal 2026, he received an aggregate compensation of ₹ 48.48 million from Solis Hygiene.
